Delete an Alune Android testing account
This page is for Alune: ADHD Planner & Journal, Android testing, provided by Ahmed Diab. Testing accounts are separate from the live iPhone, iPad and web app.
Open Settings > Account > Delete account, review the confirmation and confirm deletion. You can also request deletion without reinstalling the app: email support@aluneapp.com from the email used for the testing account, with the subject Alune Android testing account deletion. Include only the account email and your deletion request. Never send a password, verification code or private planner content. We may verify account ownership before processing the request.
Deletion covers the testing authentication account and synced account data. The Android-specific deletion service also requests removal of the testing RevenueCat customer and removes associated testing usage/operation metadata, feedback and attestation sessions. The local journal and other local device data are managed separately on your device. Provider deletion requests can take additional processing time; records required for legal compliance, billing or fraud prevention may be retained for those purposes, as explained in the privacy notice.
Cancel any Google Play subscription separately in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Deleting this testing account does not delete your separate live iPhone, iPad or web account.
